Stephanie and Mike had such a darling waterfront wedding at the Grand View in Mendon, Massachusetts this past weekend. Their vision for the wedding was utterly romantic and every one of Stephanie’s details took my breath away! She thought of everything – from ornate Vow Books by Laura Elizabeth Patrick to the thoughtful handmade signage and lush florals by Petal and Crumb. It was a sight to behold and a celebration to remember!

On the morning of their wedding, I drove up to Massachusetts in full, bright sunshine. Yet, as I got closer to their venue, dark stormy clouds took over the sky. Suddenly, a downpouring of rain came down and threatened to move all of our stunning lakeside portraits indoors. This continued off and on just until it was time for their First Look on the waterfront patio at the Grand View.

It was as if Stephanie had the sweetest angels and prayers answered as she tapped her Michael on the shoulder. From that moment on, the rest of the afternoon was filled with sunlit radiance and astounding joy from these two. The evening even ended with a vibrant double rainbow looking out over the lake. These two had the most glorious celebration and an absolutely welcoming family and vendor team. It was such a joy to capture their Grand View Waterfront nuptials this weekend!
