Heyo, friends! I’m coming at ya today to chat about SUCH a fun session I had with Cameron, Mindy and their two sweet pups at Sherwood Island in Westport, Connecticut! Despite the 20 degree weather and gusting winds, these four were prepped for a STUNNING holiday photo session with FDP! 

Cam and Mindy lived in California prior to moving to the East Coast 2 years ago and I love how they have jumped right into the homey holiday season of New England. I literally couldn’t get enough of their coordinated outfits (helloooo style guide) and matching doggie vests! Mindy and Cameron rocked that cozy yet chic style by pulling together pieces like her beige belted coat and his festive scarf. They even brought along a perfectly styled waterproof blanket for some candid sitting shots.

Sherwood Island was such a great location for their holiday session and their outfit choices really stood out against the clean backdrop of the sand.  I always love photographing at the beach because it provides such a simple and bright backdrop for photos. In turn, it allows the subject matter to POP even more! Don’t these two simply look stunning?
