Oh it feels so good to be writing a client feature blog post!!! Because that means that FDP is finally up and running again after the quarantine!! You know I’m doing alll the happy dances on this side of the screen, especially for a couple as adorably sweet as Brittany and Brendan!! Their springtime engagement session was seriously what dreams are made of!

Brendan is the physical therapist for one of my dear family friends and when she found out that he was getting married, she so generously gave Brendan my business card! (Referrals are a photog’s best friend ya’ll) and I’m SO thrilled that she did because Brittany and Brendan are SUCH sweethearts. They even gave me the KINDEST review on Wedding Wire before our session! 

My favorite couples are the ones with kind hearts, big smiles and LOTS of love for each other. Brittany and Brendan, you certainly check all those boxes! Your love for each other shows so beautifully in each and every photo from your springtime engagement session. Now, I know that showing up in front of a camera can be a little nerve-wracking at first, but these two totally rocked it! They were such naturals and I’m even more excited to capture their beautiful summer wedding next year! 

For their springtime engagement session, we had the unique opportunity to capture their love at a private estate in New York. Guys, this spot was straight out of a storybook – between the stunning greenhouse, the luscious rose gardens and even a tree swing!! Their session mixed elegance with playfulness and joyful love with a touch of refined romance. This, in my opinion, is the perfect combination.
